Do you rent space month-to-month or do I have to sign a lease?
Our rental contracts are month-to-month agreements – no long-term lease is required- so you can store for as little or as long as you need.
What is the difference between office hours and gate hours?
The office hours are the hours of operation for the business office when the managers are available to assist you. The gate hours are the hours your rental unit can be accessed using your assigned electronic gate security code.
Do you have drive- up units?
Because our facility is totally climate controlled to protect your belongings we do not have drive up units but the design of our facility is very convenient to load and un-load your items. We have a large covered loading area that leads directly into the middle of the building.
Do you have moving carts available?
We have a variety of moving and storage carts available including custom designed carts for mattresses and other hard to move items.
What is a Roll- Up Door?
Roll-up doors are simaliar to garage doors- they roll up for easy access- and give you a nice big entrance to your storage space to make your move in easier. All of our units have Roll -Up doors.
Why should I get a Climate Controlled Storage Unit?
Climate control is very important when storing in the Florida heat because humidity can cause mold and other forms of damage to your valuable belongings. Our facility is totally Climate controlled to give you the best storage possible.
Do you have RV and Boat Storage?
Unfortunately, we do not offer RV and boat storage or any other outside storage.
Can I buy boxes and other packing products from Extra Secure Self Storage?
Yes! We have a full supply of U haul boxes and moving supplies at the best prices plus you can return anything you don't use. So buy more than you need and bring back the extras!
Does Extra Secure Self Storage provide locks? Do you keep a key to my storage unit?
You only use high tech cylinder locks which you can purchase in our office. No one else has a key to that lock – just you.
